Personal Injury Case
Man Suffers Injury Due To Assault Results In Payment Of $30,000
On or about June 17, 2007, a male Foxboro resident was approached by five teens.
Our client was assaulted with one of the perpetrators throwing the first punch striking the plaintiff in the face. The plaintiff was also struck on the head with a bottle. The plaintiff’s eyes were bruised, bloodshot, and swollen.
He had contusions, bumps, and cuts on the back of his head, forehead, and chin.
He had cuts and bruises on his bottom lip and a chipped tooth. Upon examination, x-rays, and an MRI, Plaintiff was diagnosed with facial bone fractures and a misplaced meniscus of the jaw. His medical bills and lost wages exceeded $10,000. With the help of Attorney Jim Brady, the plaintiff received $30,000. Noteworthy is the fact there was no insurance coverage available to pay for the Plaintiff’s injuries and the Defendants had little to no resources.
