Multiple Fractures in Motorcycle Accident

John White, an off-duty policeman, was riding his motorcycle on the way home from work and collided with another vehicle that pulled out in front of him from a side street. The driver’s view was obstructed by bushes in the yard adjacent to the side street and as a result the driver of the car could not see the motorcycle.

Mr. White was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered extensive injuries requiring him to be taken by helicopter to a Boston hospital where he underwent six hours of surgery. He suffered a left leg fracture, his left elbow and shoulder were severely injured, he suffered a ruptured tendon in his left arm as well as facial lacerations, body scrapes and contusions. Mr. White was out of work for a period amount of time.

We were able to recover the full amount of the policy against the driver and homeowner.
